"I’ve been a State Farm client since the early 2000s and have consistently had great experiences. I’ve worked with Ben for the last year or so, and he’s been wonderful to work with—always friendly, responsive, and easy to reach. Recently, I was out and couldn’t find my insurance card, and Ben emailed it to me immediately. I also hit a deer not long ago, and the whole process—filing the claim, getting a rental car, and getting my car fixed—was surprisingly as smooth and stress-free as possible. Full disclosure: Ben is my BIL, but this review reflects my genuine experience."
